if your wanting a snugger fit size down, if your looking for a more lose fit size up for room to grow and also for any shrinking of fabric.

Washing Instructions:
-Wash Gentle Cycle, Inside Out
-Cold Water
-No Bleach of Fabric Softners
-Hang to dry or tumble dry low
