Refund policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

Drafts are sent for approval on select items in order to proceed to ensure customer satisfaction for custom requests. 

Images uploaded to certain items, for example: jewelry, will be made with the cropped image you selected.

Failure to pick up orders

Most orders are complete within 1-3 days. Notifications are sent via email or text, whichever method was used at check out. Please pick up your orders within 1-3 days. If you have not received notification within 48 hours, please check your JUNK/SPAM folders. I am not responsible for lost or stolen items once they are placed in the bin. Your items will not be replaced. It is the responsibility of the customer to pick up once ready. I do not reach out to you to advise that your order is ready.
Effective September 21, 2024, ALL ORDERS not picked up within the 3 days will be sent an email to pay for shipping. If shipping is not paid within 3 days, your order will be canceled and you will NOT receive a refund or store credit.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If items are damaged during shipping, please notify me within 3 days of receiving at madebymaryalice@gmail.com.

Refunds 

Refunds do not apply to custom/personalized items. All sales are final.Â
