Completion times are normally 1-3 days. Please do not place an order and expect it within a few hours unless a rush fee of $20 has been paid.

Rush Orders are not always same day. The normal turnaround is 1-3 days. Paying for rush, pushes your order to be next in line.
Rush Fee is only for orders under $30.Keep in mind, rush fee does NOT mean you will receive your order within an hour or 2. Completion times will vary depending on the order.

Monday-Saturday 9am - 6pm
Sunday - CLOSED

Pick Up Policy

Most orders are complete within 1-3 days. Notifications are sent via email or text, whichever method was used at check out. Please pick up your orders within 1-3 days. If you have not received notification within 48 hours, please check your JUNK/SPAM folders. I am not responsible for lost or stolen items once they are placed in the bin. Your items will not be replaced. It is the responsibility of the customer to pick up once ready. I do not reach out to you personally to advise that your order is ready.
Effective September 21, 2024, ALL ORDERS not picked up within the 3 days will removed from the bin and an email will be sent to pay for shipping. If shipping is not paid within 3 days, your order will be canceled and you will NOT receive a refund or store credit.

Return Policy

All sales are final. Drafts are sent for approval on select items to ensure customer satisfaction.
If items are damaged during shipping, please notify me within 2-3 days of receiving.
